The Living Room
The living room is designed for comfort and togetherness, featuring two spacious couches, including a reclining sofa perfect for unwinding after a day out, or for your extra guest. Enjoy movie nights on the 55″ smart TV or have fun with the game consoles, while a cozy reading nook offers a selection of books across various genres and ages. Board games are available for relaxed evenings, and the room is filled with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming space to enjoy leisure, and quality family time, day or night.

The Dining Room
The dining room is bright and inviting, set beside a sliding balcony door that fills the space with natural light.
A large farmhouse-style dining table with an elegant wood surface comfortably seats seven and features six convenient drawers for added functionality.
The seating includes a bench for up to three people and tall chairs, making it an ideal space for shared meals, gatherings, and memorable moments together.
A complete set of plates and cutlery makes it easy to serve a perfect meal, prepared using a full collection of cooking pots suitable for all types of cooking. A full set of gold-rimmed glasses complements special meals and celebratory toasts, while the coffee cups invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy meaningful moments with family and friends.
The Kitchen
The windowed kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays. It features a gas stove and comes stocked with everything you might need to prepare your favorite dishes, including pots and pans, toaster, a rice cooker and a griddle for an all American breakfast. In the cabinets are plates, glassware, and child-friendly plates and glasses.
You’ll find ample storage with cupboards holding extra Tupperware, drawers filled with complete cutlery and silverware, as well as a dishwasher and microwave.
A spacious side-by-side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser is provided, with choice of cubes or crushed ice.
On the counter you will find a wide selection of spices to blend with all your favorite dishes, a blender and of course, a coffee maker and some kcups to start your day.
Under the sink a supply of garbage bags is conveniently stored to use for every day disposal and your recycling needs.
The Bedrooms
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort, simplicity, and ease in mind, creating a calm retreat from the day. Each room is filled with natural light and offers peaceful views of the garden, bringing a sense of quiet connection to the outdoors. Soft, comforting rugs add warmth underfoot, while carefully chosen furnishings keep the space uncluttered, functional, and welcoming—ideal for both short and extended stays.
Rest comes easily thanks to blackout curtains that ensure deep, uninterrupted sleep, regardless of the time of day. The rooms are notably quiet, enhancing the feeling of privacy and serenity. Smart TVs are positioned for relaxed viewing from bed, whether you’re unwinding with a movie or catching up on your favorite shows. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and cozy blankets complete the experience, making each bedroom feel indulgent yet effortlessly livable.
Practicality is seamlessly built into every detail. Generous closet space, ample drawers, and well-placed nightstands provide plenty of room to organize belongings and settle in comfortably. Mirrors are thoughtfully included to make daily routines easier, and the overall layout allows for smooth movement and a sense of openness. These bedrooms are designed not just to look inviting, but to truly support rest, comfort, and a feeling of being at home.

What Makes Your Stay More Comfortable
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We understand that travel plans don’t always go as expected, and we’re happy to be flexible when delays are outside your control. All guests are personally welcomed and given a brief tour of the home to highlight amenities and answer any questions.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional charges, as they can affect cleaning and incoming reservations. We kindly ask guests to allow some time before departure to tidy up and leave the space as close as possible to how it was found.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds on Direct Bank Payments:
Reservations will be Fully refunded ONLY if cancelled 30 days before arrival or Within 24 hours from the time of reservation. A 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 15 days before arrival or Within 48 hours from the time of reservation. A 10% of the full reservation will be refunded to all cancellations occuring any other time.
Refunds on Credit card payments:
Same cancellation policy as above, in addition to a credit card processing fee of 10%, which will be deducted from the refund.

We are truly grateful to our guests for choosing our home and making it their own during their stay. We kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect you would give your own home.
To help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone—including our neighbors—loud music and parties are not permitted. We also appreciate your cooperation in observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on weekdays and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on weekends.
NO PETS ALLOWED
For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests, smoking and and candles inside the home are not permitted.
